How do I request a return?

For orders placed prior to July 17, 2024, to initiate your free return, contact us at  1-800-575-3497 or email consumercare@HUE.com. 

For orders placed after July 17, 2024, please click here to begin your free return.

You may return your unworn items along with your packing slip dated within 90 days of purchase and you will be credited the price paid on the item in the original form of payment.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse refunding anyone we believe to be abusing our refund policy. We feel our refund policy is generous and fair and if anyone has an unusually high rate of returns or unreasonable demands we will make the decision to no longer serve those customers.  

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your transaction to be processed.
