Returns

We want you to love your HUE purchase, but if you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Eligible Items:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • To initiate a return, click here or contact our Consumer Care team at consumercare@HUE.com.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or worn hosiery, tights, or socks (for hygiene reasons, these items are considered final sale).
  • Multi-pair packs (must be returned in full, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • Items returned without original tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of wear and tear.
  • Gift Cards (non-refundable).
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Quality Concerns or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please reach out to our Consumer Care team at consumercare@HUE.com for assistance.

Retail Store Purchases:

Items purchased from a retail store or third-party website must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are abusing our policy.
  • Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
